We do not offer outdoor spaces for autos, trailers, or RV's.
Yes! We understand that your storage needs may change over time, so we allow our customers to transfer to a different unit size at any time per availability.
We do allow vehicles to be stored within units. You must provide a copy of the registration in the customer's name, and the vehicle must be driven in, not towed. Additionally, the vehicle needs to have as little fuel in it as possible.
If you are interested in bidding for a unit, you just need to show up 15 minutes before auction time, sign in with the manager, and then the units will be shown one by one as an entire group where the bids will begin - it's just like the shows!
When storing a boat, it must be under 20 feet to be able to be backed into the unit. There is only 30 feet between the buildings for both the tow vehicle and trailer.
All units are exterior drive up.
The buildings are insured but the contents within them are not. We offer insurance through Bader Co. to insure your belongings, or you can provide your personal renter's insurance policy information to be stored on file and covered.
