Yes! We understand that your storage needs may change over time, so we allow our customers to transfer to a different unit size at any time per availability.
You will need to bring a current government issued ID or driver's license as well as your method of payment. We will take a copy of your ID and have you sign the leasing paperwork, then collect payment for the month and you're all set!
We do allow vehicles to be stored within units. You must provide a copy of the registration in the customer's name, and the vehicle must be driven in, not towed. Additionally, the vehicle needs to have as little fuel in it as possible.
If you are interested in bidding for a unit, you just need to show up 15 minutes before auction time, sign in with the manager, and then the units will be shown one by one as an entire group where the bids will begin - it's just like the shows! Bidders are required to bring their own lock(s) to secure their purchased unit(s), and units should be empty by the end of auction day.
Tenants are responsible for providing a lock to secure their units. We offer standard padlocks in the front office for $10.00, or you may bring your own. If you have purchased a unit from auction, you must come prepared with a lock for your unit so that it may be secured after purchase.
When storing a boat, it must be under 20 feet to be able to be backed into the unit. There is only 30 feet between the buildings for both the tow vehicle and trailer.
All units are exterior drive up.
The buildings are insured but the contents within them are not. We offer insurance through Bader Co. to insure your belongings, or you can provide your personal renter's insurance policy information to be stored on file and covered.
